Icing Perfection

When we started baking cupcakes, one of our main challenge was getting that perfect icing swirl piped without melting or leaking at the sides. It was always a bit runny and would not hold its shape. After a lot of practice, frustration, but stubborn determination, we finally got it right. Now we can even do fondant! Here are cupcakes following a musical theme, using buttercream and yummy marshmallow fondant! 🙂
